Please double-check your order against your invoice at the time of pickup to ensure you have all of your items. Most of the gyms bag the orders, so if something is missing they can usually take care of it easily before you leave.

Orders should be picked up within 24 hours of being placed. If you cannot pick up during this time frame you must reach out to your pick-up location. We are unable to offer refunds or credits on anything left behind or orders that are not picked up.
